Aight so I told ma mom I have a bf... I first expected her to be mad nd all thwart. But sumhow she was like da complete opposite. She jumped on ma bed nd started asking all kind of annoying questions. It was HORRIBLE! I think I prefered her being mad instead of being like dis... Its even worse den my worst nightmare! Wish I didnt tell her... I'm traumatized!

Sup ma sweetiepies! Night been horrible. Had to catch ma 7 o'clock train so went to bed early. Well define -went to bed- though. Switched of ma lappie 'round midnight. Closed ma eyes but was still alive nd kickin at 4 am... Think I fell asleep around 5 nd phone was set for 6... Dats what happens when you are used to sleep during da day and stay up at night I guess!

So now I just fininshed ma exam -12.30h- but got class from 16-18h. Means I got a 3 1/2 hour break... Yay *sigh* Who ever said students had a wonderful life??? I get up at 6 am nd if I am lucky, I will be home at 7 pm!

Boredom has taken ova! Was plannin to watch Peters soccer training but spoiled him only had training in da morning. Dey betta win dis time!

I got sum big news to tell. Will keep it for monday though...

The pressure to be perfect

Dere has always been a big part of me dat was scared to fail in da eyes of ma parents. It has always been like dat since I was a lil kid. When I was 9 y.o. nd had ma first 6 out of 10, I was so scared to let ma mom sign da evaluation card. I was hiding in da garden for most of da day, too afraid to enter da house. Since den nuffin much changed. I'm still dat lil kid when it comes to telling thangs dey aint gon like. Want to introdce ma guy to 'em. But dey dunno dat I have one nd I have no idea how I can tell it. Yesterday I've been telling maself "Today you gon tell em during lunch" nd when I was at da table, I just sat dere nd stared in front of me. I just couldnt get any sound out of ma mouth. Its not a world shocking event but still I cannot tell 'em. Afraid of a bad reaction or even worse, an ultimatum. So now I am all stressed out nd its clearly visable. I barely have skin problems nd now I have a huge pimple on ma nose. He'll have to accept me with it cause I doubt it will be gone before Friday. Wish it was already Monday so its all said and done. Anyway, wish me luck.

Yesterday a soccer player had a car accident. Dere hasnt been any statement released bout da conditions but romours go dat he drove too fast nd was probably under da influence of alcohol. Aight its bad for his family, teammates, friends, supps... BUT why does it has to be on da front page of ev'ry damn newspaper when dere are more dan 10.000 deads in Myanmar?! Sure you can pay sum attention to it but wgy puttin it on da front paper nd da Myanmar deads sumwhere on page 20? Are deir lifes less worth dan a soccer player who drove himself to death? Both are tragedies but dey aint treated equally. Too bad da media has to work dis way... -Its probably very obvious but I am not a soccer fan...-

Gettin ma ass back on blogspot... I know its been way too long. Nd what happened to ma bad gurlies blog? Seems to be deleted! Too bad cus I loved readin entries *snif*.

Been readin da forum of Antwerp. Sum comments made me laugh. It was bout one of da black player looking kinda "big boned". It was pretty funny considered da fact da guy is in da shape of his life. All he got is a black body! Face it, dey got a nicer body structure dan any otha race. Dey got a natural musculed structure. Even when dey dont work out, you can see a stonger structure. Wanna call it big bones? Go ahead... But I call it HOTTTTTTT lol!

Weather forecast is predicting 28°C tomorrow nd I will be locked up in da schools basement! If da subject wasnt dis important nd not so close to da exams, I would have skipped classes. Will be such a torture! Wish I could just go to see soccer practice cus I am sure shirts nd long sweatpants will be changed for a bare chest nd shorts... *drooooooooooool* Aight stop thinking bout it cause you cant go! *Slapping myself to da head*

Sum music updates. I found a CD of a Canadian R&B singer. Da guy is called Marc Antoine nd he is very good. Da CD is sung in French nd its a combination of nu soul nd R&B. Its really worth listening to!
Usher is releasing his new CD "Here I Stand" soon but dunno what to think about it. I heard like 5 tracks dat are leaked on da net nd sum are great but otha ones are crap! Wait nd see I guess. But same with his Confessions album. Sum tracks were great but otha ones I just skipped...
Lyfe Jennings album is great! His best CD so far!

Isnt dere sum moral rule 'bout journalistic truth anymo'? When I was watching da news on tv sum days ago, I felt sick to ma stomac. Dere was an item about Bokrijk. It showed da king visiting da park nd being taught bout Belgium nd our history. But what bothered me da most was da part dey broadcasted. It was about Congo Free State when it was still a Belgian Colony.

"Do you know what the good man [Léopold II] did? He gave us Congo Free State. He wanted to donate it to Belgium so we could help those poor and underdeveloped people"

Really, I was shocked when I heard dis. Dats re-writing da history. King Leopold is known as da genocidal maniac. He received international criticism for da cruel thangs he did -cutting off hands etc-. Dats also da reason why he was forced to hand over Congo Free State to Belgium. He never helped dem. He even made it worse. Congo was a goldmine to us. Dere rubber made us rich... Nd all he did was sow anger nd rage. Y'all really think dose railways were put dere for da locals? nah dey were put dere for "us" so we could transport da products "we" stole. Seems like history is always written from a white mans point of view...
